Patz & Hall is committed to producing Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines of exceptional quality from the greatest vineyards in California. We want all of our customers to be delighted with the wine received.
Patz & Hall wines are stored in a temperature-controlled environment and are in excellent condition upon leaving the fulfillment center. If you notice a defect of any kind upon opening your wine, please contact us for a replacement bottle. We will do our best to replace with the same vintage, but reserve the right to substitute with the current vintage when needed.
Please be sure to inspect all packages upon receipt. Should any bottle(s) be broken or otherwise compromised during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will immediately arrange to have replacement bottle(s) shipped. If the entire package was destroyed in transit, please keep the original package(s) and its contents and we will arrange to have the shipment picked up. A replacement shipment will be sent out as soon as possible.
