Napa Valley Salon Experience
We offer seated, private tastings by prior appointment Wednesday through Sunday. Three seating times are available each day: 10:30am, 1pm and 3pm.
For a more casual Salon experience, Patz & Hall offers a seated tasting at the Salon Bar Wednesday through Sunday from 10am-4pm without prior reservation. Advanced notice for groups of 8 or more is appreciated; please phone the Salon at 707.265.7700 ahead of your arrival.
Library Wine & Cheese Pairing
We have partnered with the famed Oxbow Public Market to create an unforgettable wine and cheese pairing experience at our Napa Valley Salon. We will be dipping into our cellar to select four acclaimed library wines (two single-vineyard Chardonnays and two single-vineyard Pinot Noirs), which Oxbow’s renowned cheese monger will pair with delectable specialty cheeses. To cap off this special event, guests will have the opportunity to select a coveted library magnum to share at the end of the tasting, alongside some delicious confections from Napa Valley’s Anette’s Chocolates. To ensure the intimate nature of the experience, attendance is limited to eight people, so we invite you to gather a few friends together and reserve today. New Sonoma Winery Tasting
We are pleased to announce a new monthly event at our Sonoma winery! Hosted by Owner, Heather Patz, this truly special 90 minute tasting experience includes 2012 vintage barrel samples, a flight of four current release wines paired with cheese and charcuterie from Oxbow Cheese Merchant and Fatted Calf, plus a special bottle for the group to enjoy at the conclusion of the tasting.
